My career began with Biltmore in 1984 as a server at Deerpark Restaurant. From my first day on the job, I knew that I was working for a company that was unique. My coworkers and I worked closely together, yet everyone was treated as a valued individual member of the company. I also realized that I simply wasn't just a server in a restaurant—I was an active participant in providing lifetime memories to our guests!
There have been many twists and turns since my days at Deerpark Restaurant. Thanks to innovative training and the company's dedication to promote from within, I've served as Training Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Biltmore Winery Manager, and finally as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
