Executive Chef Damien Cavicchi leads Biltmore Catering with a passion for cooking with the seasons, sourcing the best ingredients, and making everything from scratch with skill.
Raised in New Orleans, he began cooking at the age of fifteen. He traveled the country for years, learning the art of preparing and cooking foods. His expertise lead him to serve as executive chef of several successful fine dining Italian restaurants, where his culinary skills garnered local and national press. Chef Cavicchi joined Biltmore in 2009.
