For weddings, our professional staff is happy to work with your wedding planner or directly with you in handling all the details of a local or out-of-town ceremony and reception, including coordination of florists, photographers, entertainers, décor, lighting, and with the venue itself.
Chef Damien Cavicchi takes special pride in providing exceptional menus with the very best seasonal and artisanal ingredients. You can count on the presentation to be beautiful and creative, too. Select from a wide variety of hors d'oeuvres, passed canapés, chef-attended action stations, hand-carved entrees, display platters, and other reception items. An elegant seated dinner may also be an option for some venues. You'll find that Chef Cavicchi enjoys customizing menus to suit your tastes and event theme.
Every event is unique. Pricing for your event is based on menu items and other considerations such as the number of guests, venue, times, and staffing requirements. Our catering sales team can work with you to select food and bar or wine service, rental items, labor and staffing charges, and additional needs such as décor and lighting, music, ice carvings, and other subcontractors. We are happy to provide a detailed price estimate based on your needs.
Biltmore Catering can provide a fully-licensed, stocked and staffed bar for your event. We have multiple tier selections, including beer and wine only, standard, and premium levels.
We have a team of highly-trained pastry chefs who can create delightful wedding and groom's cakes to suit your personal style. We offer a basic wedding cake package that starts at $5.00 per person and includes cake cutting services. Or, let us create the wedding cake of your dreams!
Most wedding receptions last 3–4 hours. Our contract provides up to 4 hours of service. Normally, when the bar service ends or closes, the rest of the party tends to follow suit. The bar is scheduled for 3 hours, but may be extended for an additional charge. No credit is given if the function is ended earlier than planned.
Our staff usually arrives 2–3 hours before your event to set up necessary food stations and tables. It is our goal to prepare your displays and setting just as you have envisioned. And, we leave your venue in the same condition as when we arrived.
Please refer to the hors d'oeuvres menu selections for standard reception food items. We can also prepare fully seated dinners but do require extra labor and sufficient space for preparation and guest seating and service. We are not limited to any specific style of service, but stand up receptions may be best suited for many venues in our area.
We require a 25% deposit, along with a signed contract to reserve and confirm your reception date. Please keep in mind that May, June, September, and October are the more popular months for weddings in our area.
