Estate-raised tomatoes and Biltmore wines serve as inspiration for Chef Paul Klaassen’s recipes for homemade pasta, pesto, and sauces in this interactive demonstration. Complimentary. Reservation required. Followed by an optional four-course pasta dinner with wine pairings*.

Icing on the Cake

Learn how to design and decorate cakes like a pro with our talented team of pastry chefs. Using buttercream, you’ll pipe borders and create side designs, flowers, garlands, and swirls, and even take home your own tasty creation. Reservations required.

Cottage Wine Dinner

Market Gardener’s Cottage
Chef David Ryba invites you to an intimate multi-course dinner featuring estate-raised ingredients along with wine pairings. This special meal is held at the historic Market Gardener’s Cottage, the place where farmers from around the estate would traditionally come to sell their provisions.
A special Inn rate is available for guests of this dinner.  You can book your stay at the Inn on Biltmore Estate when you call to reserve dinner.

14th Annual Homeschool Festival - The Vanderbilts at Home and Abroad

Cost: $22 plus tax per person 4 years old and up.

Join us for a fun and educational day on the estate. This one-day ticket includes admission to Biltmore. All homeschool activities will be held at the Farm in Antler Hill Village and surrounding area. Workbook link will be emailed a week prior to the event, or are available for an additional cost when ordered in advance. Lunch and accommodation options available.

Charcuterie in the Home Kitchen

4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Included with estate admission.

Cedric’s Tavern
Using local pork (house made, cured and smoked), Chef Mark DeMarco takes the fear factor out of creating charcuterie at home in this interactive demonstration. Learn to use curing salts and discover recipes for breakfast sausages, chorizo, Italian sausage, and chicken sausage. Complimentary. Reservation required.
Followed by an optional three-course pork roast and charcuterie dinner.
