Sunday, March 20th - Saturday, December 31st — Offered Thurs. - Sun. at 8:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m. Activity lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Guided Hikes

Overnight guests (complimentary) & Passholders ($10 per person) only.

Explore the East Side of the estate with an insider’s perspective on this complimentary guided hike. Hikes cover both paved and unpaved terrain and are suitable for beginner to intermediate hikers. Meet your hike leader at the entrance of the Outdoor Adventure Center.

  • 8:00 a.m. Trail Blazer is a fast-paced hike on dirt terrain in wooded areas, avoiding the heat.
  • 10:00 a.m. River Stroll is a relaxed-pace hike on partially paved roads to the Lagoon.

 

Reservations are required and may be taken up to one hour prior to the event.  See the concierge at The Inn or the Village Hotel front desk to reserve.  Passholders please contact the Reception & Ticketing Sales Center to reserve.

  • Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. Meet your yoga instructor on The Grand Terrace of The Inn.
  • Sunday mornings at 8:30 a.m. on the Village Green in Antler Hill Village.
  • No mat required, towels are provided.

Grape Stomp in Antler Hill Village

Included with estate admission.

Grown-ups and kids alike are invited to take part in this ancient maceration (softening of the grape skin) practice, long an important part of winemaking. A grape stomp souvenir will be given to commemorate your experience. Complimentary. No reservation required.

Biltmore turns up the volume as darkness falls across the Blue Ridge Mountains with musical evenings. Fridays and Saturdays feature Live After Five with energetic bands, the Grape Stomp, and casual food featuring chef-inspired cookout favorites. Dance with lively jazz and pop, then complete your evening with relaxed dining on the estate.*

Food and wine takes center stage at Biltmore as we celebrate the harvest season with Taste of Biltmore. Experience our farm-to-table heritage with hand-crafted wines and culinary events showcasing our winemakers, chefs, and farmers.

Culinary Showcase in Antler Hill Village

Meet members of Biltmore’s culinary team along with local purveyors, artisans, and partners as they share their expertise, using local and estate-grown ingredients and products. Complimentary. No reservation required.

Learn from the experts with interactive demonstrations hosted by Biltmore chefs, estate and local farmers, and local artisan food producers. Join us Fridays at 4:30 p.m. in Cedric’s Garden in Antler Hill Village and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. at the Bistro next to the Winery.

Make lunch a memorable occasion by joining friends and other guests at the communal Chef’s Table. Bistro Chef Noriko Oda prepares a special feast showcasing the harvest from the estate’s gardens and local farms. The meal includes a variety of small plates paired with wines from Biltmore’s collection.
