Come explore our 8,000-acre Blue Ridge Mountain backyard and create memories to last a lifetime. Enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, exploring our gardens and grounds, or even bring a picnic and relax in a quiet spot. Add to your visit with additional outdoor activities like fishing, horseback riding, bike rentals, and more, available at our Outdoor Adventure Center.
A competitive trail ride (CTR) is a competitive distance event over a measured distance and completed within a window of time .NATRC rides are not races. Our rides emphasize the skill of pacing your horse to maximize his longevity as a distance horse.

The “Got To Be NC” Competition Dining Series is unlike any other dinner experience in the country! Taste course-by-course during a series of 8 to 15 dinner competitions hosted in five regions of the state throughout the year. This event is held in the Triangle region of NC and will feature Biltmore Wines for purchase, along with other NC wines.

Come meet Toni Butler Schmitt, a local jewelry designer for Mandari Designs, in Antler Hill Village on select Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays.* Watch Toni handcraft a wide variety of earrings, necklaces, and bracelets with semi-precious stones, and purchase a special gift or a memento of your visit.

Our summer camps tailor each child’s experience to their age and skill level to give them the best experience possible. Our camps focus on natural horsemanship skills, general horse care, nutrition, and tack.
Each camp is two days long and four hours per day. Available for ages 5-7.
Cost: $175 (goes up to $200 after May 1) per camper.

Favorite performers take to the stage on the South Terrace of Biltmore House, presenting extraordinary evenings of great music and unsurpassed views in an incomparable setting. A variety of dining options adds to the evening, including gourmet picnics and wine. Performers include Steely Dan, Three Dog Night and 38 Special, Steven Curtis Chapman and Third Day, Boston, Lyle Lovett and His Large Band and Emmylou Harris.
