Grape Stomp in Antler Hill Village

Included with estate admission.

Grown-ups and kids alike are invited to take part in this ancient maceration (softening of the grape skin) practice, long an important part of winemaking. A grape stomp souvenir will be given to commemorate your experience. Complimentary. No reservation required.

Jones House at Biltmore Sporting Clays Club on Biltmore Estate

Fine wine, leisure, and history combine for this uniquely Biltmore event. Enjoy an afternoon shooting sporting clays, followed by an exclusive tasting of the new vintage release of The Hunt red wine and heavy hors d'oeuvres with live music at the refurbished Jones House. Winemakers Bernard Dellile and Sharon Fenchak will also be in attendance.

A competitive trail ride (CTR) is a competitive distance event over a measured distance and completed within a window of time. NATRC rides are not races. Our rides emphasize the skill of pacing your horse to maximize his longevity as a distance horse.

Our culinary team’s inventive approach comes to the forefront as they incorporate local beer and cider into signature sauces and side dishes to create deliciously surprising variations to accompany main courses.  A local craft brewery showcase features Highland Brewing Co., Hi-Wire Brewing, Noble Cider, Brevard Brewing Company, Wicked Weed Brewing, and Catawba Brewing Co.

 

Live music and the beautiful historic setting of Antler Hill Barn provide a great backdrop for this fun evening.
