The Blue Ridge Mountains and the western facade of Biltmore House serve as the picturesque backdrop for this evening of memorable cuisine. Dine among friends new and old as you enjoy panoramic views of the estate as the sun sets over the mountains and candlelight, starlight, and twinkling lights illuminate the setting. 15th Annual Homeschool Festival - Sustainability at Biltmore

$22 per person 4 years old and up, plus tax.

Join us for activities and demonstrations about forestry, renewable energy, and sustainability. This is a one day event. Ticket also includes a self-guided visit in Biltmore House, Gardens, Conservatory, and Antler Hill Village & Winery. All homeschool activities will be held near the Antler Hill Farm area. Lunch and accommodation options available.

International Rose Trials

Since 2011, Biltmore's historic Rose Garden has been home to the Biltmore International Rose Trials. This year's judging will take place September 24.

A fun way to get out and about with your horse, enjoy trails you normally don’t have access to, and compete in a friendly game.

Please join us in A Gardener’s Place Gift Shop, located beneath the Conservatory, for daily free demonstrations featuring gardening and floral topics.

 

1:00 p.m. -  Wonderful Winter Wreaths
A beginner? No problem. Basic design tips will give you confidence. Whether you’re a traditionalist or more contemporary be inspired with new ideas and techniques. Personalize your wreath using natural elements, such as twigs, cones, and moss.

 

2:00 p.m. -  Terrific Tabletop Topiaries
How about something different instead of the usual centerpiece? Learn different styles and techniques and use faux berries, greenery, natural materials and your imagination!
