The “Got To Be NC” Competition Dining Series is unlike any other dinner experience in the country! Taste course-by-course during a series of 8 to 15 dinner competitions hosted in five regions of the state throughout the year. This event is held in Charlotte, NC and will feature Biltmore Wines for purchase, along with other NC wines.

Celebrate NC Wine Month at the Inn on Biltmore Estate with a special opportunity in the Library Lounge. Every evening in September, we will have available for purchase your choice (out of three) of a Biltmore wine paired with a light bite. Relax in the Lounge with a tasty treat!
September is North Carolina Wine Month! Come celebrate NC wines with us at special events all month long, including free wine tastings, wine pairing dinners, specialty tours, special tastings (including a Reactive Tasting), wine flights at Biltmore restaurants, live music, and more.

Food favorites for the wine dinner include five full courses, starting with Thai Sashimi Salad and following with Seared Japanese Scallops, Lamb Bolognese, and Oscar Filet Mignon. Dessert is Rich Dark Chocolate Mousse, topped with Salted Caramel ice cream. Each course is paired with Biltmore wines, and John Justice of Biltmore Estate Wine will speak about the wine and the North Carolina history.

Join us in the Winery's Champagne Cellar for an intimate wine dinner in celebration of NC Wine Month. Our Winemaker Bernard Delille will be attending and pairing NC wines with a special menu by Chef Paul from the Bistro, sourced with NC products.

This year will mark the 34th anniversary of the Lowcountry’s culinary event of the year, The Southern Living Taste of Charleston, hosted by the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association, Inc (GCRA). A 3-day event showcasing taste-tempting delights served by Charleston restaurants. Biltmore Wines will be available.

Unwind at Uncorked, the USNWC’s wine festival featuring a variety of wineries all in one location. The wine tasting begins at 1:00 p.m. featuring a wide range of local, regional, and national vineyards, including Biltmore Wine. Each ticket is valid for four samples with wine bottles being available for purchase. Enjoy live music throughout the evening from the main stage on Belmont Abbey Island.

The Many Moods of McCartney will present the classical music of Sir Paul McCartney along with several of his classic pop tunes that have been a part of the soundscape of all of our lives. The Asheville Symphony Orchestra and world renowned artists will perform together in one gala performance together. Please join us in supporting MANNA, Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy, Asheville City Schools Foundation and the Asheville Symphony Orchestra! Biltmore wines will be available.

Wine Over Water is Tennessee's premier wine-tasting festival. You can sample wines from over 100 world wineries, including Biltmore, while you stroll the historic Walnut Street Bridge, which spans the scenic Tennessee river. All proceeds from ticket sales benefit Cornerstones and their historic preservation efforts in Chattanooga.
