Grape Stomp

Grown-ups and kids alike are invited to take part in this ancient maceration (softening of the grape skin) practice, long an important part of winemaking. A grape stomp souvenir will be given to commemorate your experience.

Barrel Tastings
$25 per person, plus tax
The magic of aging wines comes alive in this behind-the-scenes experience. Enhance your knowledge of the winemaking process with a guided tour of the Winery’s production facility, then put your tasting skills to the test by sampling wines still in the barrel, along with a selection of artisan cheeses. A most delicious way to discover how different barrels affect the final product!
Space is limited, reservations recommended, call 800-211-9803. All guests must have a ticket, and be 21 or older to attend. Guests meet in the Winery Gift Shop near the Stained Glass Windows at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled program time. Biltmore Annual Passholders enjoy a 10% discount.
