Combination Visits
Groups wanting to make the most of their visits may spend the day by purchasing combination tickets that include a visit to Biltmore House and the appropriate-grade program at the River Bend Barn.
Dining Options
Boxed lunches are available for groups of 15 or more by reservation. For groups bringing their own lunches, there is a covered pavilion adjacent to Deerpark Restaurant and an open picnic area at the River Bend Barn. Both are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Making Your Reservation
To make your student reservations, please call Group Sales at 866-851-4661. We encourage you to make your reservations as far in advance as possible.
In order to make reservations please have:
- Date, time of arrival, number of students, and number of required chaperones.
- Cancellations are required at least three business days before your scheduled arrival. Fax cancellation to 828-225-1396 or call 866-851-4661.
Final Numbers
- You will be contacted by Group Sales at least five business days in advance of your visit to confirm the final count of your party, including students, chaperones, additional adults, and drivers.
Payment
- Lead teachers/group leaders are required to make one form of payment for all student and adult tickets upon arrival at the Group Sales office at the entrance of Biltmore.
- We accept school checks (payable to The Biltmore Company), major credit cards, and cash.
- Please have your exact number of students, designated chaperones, additional adults, and bus drivers ready for check-in at the Group Sales office.
