One hundred minutes of bliss. This decadent experience includes a gentle full body exfoliation and warm botanical body wrap enhanced with heated stones and a hydrating facial masque. Our Signature Biltmore Massage, incorporating heated towels and Biltmore-inspired aromatherapy oils, completes this luxurious treatment.

Please call 828-225-6772 to reserve.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa provider. For this reason, we require 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment will result in being charged for the full amount. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Arrival
We ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. We regret to inform you that late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.

Service Fee
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services and packages. Please feel free to make an adjustment based on the service that you experienced.

Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions or other special needs that require our attention. You must be past your 13th week of pregnancy to receive a massage or body treatment.

Valuables
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to The Spa. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or pay for items that are left or lost.
