Barbecue & Brews Dinner

Join us for a fun evening of live music, dinner, and a bonfire at Antler Hill Barn!
Sierra Nevada and Highland Brewing will be discussing their brewing process and providing their delicious beer and TOPO will be showcasing their hand-crafted organic whiskey and discussing their distilling process.
Our team of chefs will be talking about sauces, brines, and rubs for barbecue, and will show you how to mix your own, which you can use on your barbecue or share with others. You can also mix a rub to take home with you. After dinner there will be a bonfire to enjoy.
Brewery/Distillery talks and chef demos will be from approximately 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. and music and dinner will start at approximately 7:15 to 7:30 p.m.

Gingerbread House Tea

Fun for all ages!
Build your own gingerbread house with the hands-on assistance of a Biltmore Pastry Chef. The price includes instruction, supplies, and a special tea service including an assortment of tea sandwiches.

Live Jazz in the Library Lounge

Live Piano Music in the Library Lounge
Enjoy classical and contemporary favorites on our grand piano in the Library Lounge during Afternoon Tea Wednesday–Sunday, and on Friday and Saturday evenings. Open to Inn on Biltmore Estate guests, Twelve–Month Passholders, and Biltmore day-ticketed guests.
Afternoon Tea
Daily. 2:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m., by reservation
Join us in the Library for afternoon tea, complete with regionally-inspired finger sandwiches, scones, fruit breads, and tea pastries. Choose from an assortment of quality teas from Mighty Leaf Tea, a glass of Kir Royale, or a flute of sparkling wine. Biltmore Shotgun Sports Clinic
May 18 and June 15, 2013
Take your shooting skills to the next level with our one day shooting clinic. This program will include classroom instruction as well as practical exercises in gun mount, stance and target engagement on our sporting clays and heated 5-stand ranges. Participants will also be filmed shooting for critique. Open to all skill levels.
