I purchased a daytime admission ticket, but am not able to visit as planned. Can I cancel my purchase?

Biltmore admission tickets are non-refundable once purchased, however, we will honor the monetary value of your ticket for a future visit. When you are ready to visit in the future, please bring your confirmation number or ticket(s) to the Reception and Ticketing Sales Center to exchange for a current daytime ticket. Please note, there may be a difference in price. If you would like, you can also give your admission ticket(s) to friends or family to enjoy!

I purchased a Candlelight Christmas Evenings ticket, but I am unable to visit on the date/time I selected. What should I do?

Candlelight Christmas Evenings tickets are non-refundable. However, if you need to change the date and/or time of your visit, you may do so by calling 800-411-3812. We will be happy to change this for you, based on our current availability. Since this is a special event, there will be a $20 (plus tax) change fee assessed for the order, and you will be responsible for paying the difference if the price has increased. If you are unable to attend a Candlelight Christmas Evening, your ticket will be valid for daytime admission through October 31, 2018.

I would love to visit Biltmore's Gardens and/or Winery, but I don't have time to enjoy all that a general admission ticket has to offer. Does Biltmore offer a partial ticket?

Guests generally allow 6-8 hours to enjoy the estate, and sometimes their visit continues into the following day. View visit tips.
