More to Do
Chihuly at Biltmore
Our first art exhibition in Biltmore’s historic gardens is also the first garden exhibition of Dale Chihuly’s works in North Carolina. The renowned American artist’s work is included in more than 200 museum collections worldwide, and now, for a limited time only, can be seen at Biltmore. Dazzling in daylight, the exhibition takes on another dimension when viewed after nightfall. Join us to experience Chihuly’s awe-inspiring marvels of color, form, and light.
Antler Hill Village & Winery
Unwind after a busy day on the estate while enjoying live music and opportunities to relax with the refreshment of your choice, whether that’s a glass of wine, an ice-cold beer, or an ice cream cone. Browse our shops, enjoy a fresh farm-to-table meal, and savor award-winning vintages at our Winery’s indoor/outdoor wine bar. You can also visit our Farmyard, marvel at our 250-foot Vanderbilt Travels Railway display, and the new exhibition at The Biltmore Legacy.
Tours and Outdoor Activities
Engaging tour opportunities include behind-the-scenes tours of Biltmore House and the estate, and special tours and tastings at our Winery. For those interested in exploring Biltmore’s 8,000 acres, our Outdoor Adventure Center provides an abundance of outdoor pursuits, from biking, horseback riding, and carriage rides, to sporting clays, Segway tours, Land Rover off-road driving, and such river-based options as float trips, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Dine with us this summer to delight in fresh seasonal flavors from Biltmore’s gardens and local farms! Farm-fresh ingredients range from tender lettuces and asparagus to estate-raised lamb and beef and artisan cheeses from area producers. Inspired by this seasonal bounty, talented estate chefs devise menus thoughtfully designed to please a variety of palates while pairing perfectly with Biltmore’s handcrafted wines, signature cocktails, and craft beers.
