Join us for this gentle outdoor guided exercise experience. Suitable for everyone from first-time participants to experienced athletes, this activity invites you to move your body in a way that enhances balance, full-body flexibility, and the flow of positive energy. The regular practice of mindful movement, fluid posture combinations, and breathwork while surrounded by nature’s beauty encourages relaxation, builds strength, and offers an energizing start to your day.
