With 20 years’ experience (including two years at Bistro) crafting exceptional seasonal cuisine from the finest local ingredients, Chef James has a deep appreciation for the estate’s farm to table program. He received his training at Seattle Culinary Academy, specializes in French fare (both classic and casual) and Appalachian comfort food, and strives to make every guest visit to Bistro a true dining experience.
