Cottage Concierge will reach out to guests within 72 hours of booking to provide assistance planning their itinerary. Concierge will book all tickets and tours on the estate, make dining reservations, order special amenities, and address any special occasion requests.

Due to the historic architecture of our Vanderbilt-era Cottages, they are not accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Pets are not permitted at any of the lodging accommodations on the estate. ADA-regulated service animals are allowed.
All guest rooms and internal public areas at our lodging facilities are non-smoking. There are exterior areas designated for smokers.
Yes! Your cottage has a dining area that accommodates up to six guests, as well as a fully stocked kitchen.
We offer dry cleaning and laundry services via Housekeeping. Please dial 0 to be connected.
Bath: linens, towels, and bath toiletries. Kitchen: paper products and basic kitchen supplies. All items refreshed as needed.
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation.
Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between different areas of the estate is not recommended due to travel distances. To enjoy and explore all Biltmore has to offer, we strongly recommend guests arrive in their own vehicle.
Biltmore offers complimentary shuttle service from the following locations:

Biltmore Express shuttle service is $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and:
ALL Biltmore Estate shuttles are accessible to wheelchair and stroller users.
Animals (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed on shuttles.
Note: wheeled luggage is NOT permitted in the Biltmore House & Gardens area. Please review our bag policy.
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off at Biltmore House or Antler Hill Village. This is drop-off service only, not transportation between estate locations.
