When I check for availability online, I get the message that nothing’s available. What can I do?
You may have too many people on your reservation request. Cottages accommodate up to five guests per reservation. At least one person on your reservation request must be an adult. For connecting or adjoining rooms, please contact our Reservations Department toll-free at 800-858-4130 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.). For bookings of six or more rooms, please contact our Group Sales Department at 800-211-9805.

Will someone contact me prior to my stay?
Cottage Concierge will reach out to guests within 72 hours of booking to provide assistance planning their itinerary. Concierge will book all tickets and tours on the estate, make dining reservations, order special amenities, and address any special occasion requests.

Are the Cottages accessible?
Due to the historic architecture of our Vanderbilt-era Cottages, they are not accessible for guests with limited mobility.

Can we have dinner in our cottage?
Yes! Your cottage has a dining area that accommodates up to six guests, as well as a fully stocked kitchen.

Are there laundry facilities?
We offer dry cleaning and laundry services via Housekeeping. Please dial 0 to be connected.

What supplies will be included for bath and kitchen?
Bath: linens, towels, and bath toiletries. Kitchen: paper products and basic kitchen supplies. All items refreshed as needed.
Transportation

Do your lodging accommodations include transportation around the estate?
At this time, transportation is not included with a stay at the Cottages on Biltmore Estate. To enjoy and explore all that Biltmore has to offer, we recommend guests a) arrive in their own vehicle, or b) make reservations in advance for a rental vehicle.

How do I get around the estate if I don’t have a car?
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide transportation.

• Make reservations in advance for a rental vehicle or an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft

Do you offer transportation between Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Biltmore?
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.

What if I arrive by Taxi, Uber, or Lyft?
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off at Biltmore House, The Inn on Biltmore Estate, or Antler Hill Village.
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide transportation.
