Chateau Tier Rooms & Suites
Chateau Tier guests must check in at the front desk. Chateau Tier amenities include:
- Bottle of Biltmore Wine upon arrival
- Evening hors d’oeuvres delivered to guest room daily between 4 and 5 p.m.
- 24-hour access to the Butler’s pantry, which is stocked with soft drinks, coffee, hot tea,
juice, snacks, fruit, and ice cream bars - Valet parking

When I check for availability online, I get the message that nothing’s available. What can I do?
- We may be sold out on one or more of the dates you’ve requested. Please change dates and try again.
- The options you requested may include a room type or package that is not available. Please change your request and try again.
- You may have too many people on your reservation request. There is a limit of four people per guest room or suite. At least one person on your reservation request must be an adult. For connecting or adjoining rooms, please contact our Reservations Department toll-free at 866-336-1245 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.). For bookings of six or more rooms, please contact our Group Sales Department at 800-211-9805.

No. The rate displayed is pre-tax unless otherwise noted. The final amount will be displayed before checkout and includes taxes.

We will honor your request for special features to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee them.

Rooms

Do you have smoking rooms or pet-friendly rooms?
Pets are not permitted at any of the lodging accommodations on the estate. ADA-regulated service animals are allowed. All guest rooms and internal public areas at our lodging facilities are non-smoking. There are exterior areas designated for smokers.

Do you offer additional amenities to make our stay more special?
Yes! We have a variety of ways to enhance your stay, including fresh floral arrangements, Biltmore wines, delicious food and wine baskets, chocolates, and more!
Transportation

Do your lodging accommodations include transportation around the estate?
Guests of The Inn on Biltmore Estate enjoy round-trip shuttle service from The Inn to Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village, and Amherst at Deerpark®. To enjoy and explore all that Biltmore has to offer, we recommend guests a) arrive in their own vehicle, or b) make reservations in advance for a rental vehicle.

How do I get around the estate if I don’t have a car?
Round-trip guest shuttle service from The Inn to Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village, and Amherst at Deerpark® is included with a stay at The Inn on Biltmore Estate.

Do you offer transportation between Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Biltmore?
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.

What if I arrive by Taxi, Uber, or Lyft?
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off at Biltmore House, The Inn on Biltmore Estate, or Antler Hill Village.

Should I make dinner reservations prior to my arrival?
Dining reservations are strongly encouraged and may be made in advance by calling our Reservations Department toll-free at 800-858-4130 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.).

Do your restaurants have a dress code?
For The Dining Room at The Inn, Resort Elegant attire* is requested for dinner: slacks, dress shirt, dress, suit jacket and/or suit. Resort Casual attire is appropriate for breakfast in The Dining Room, as well as for all meals at all other estate restaurants.
For Library Lounge at The Inn, Resort Casual attire* is recommended; Resort Elegant (slacks, dress shirt, dress, suit jacket and/or suit) is also welcome and encouraged, particularly for evening cocktails and entertainment. If denim is your preference, dark denim is appropriate.
*Shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, and faded denims are not appropriate nor permitted.

Will I be able to charge purchases to my room?
Purchases at any restaurant or shop on the estate may be charged to your room, provided you have established credit upon check-in by presenting your valid, current credit card.

I’ve already booked my room reservation; how do I book additional estate activities for my stay?
Please call our Reservations Department toll-free at 866-336-1245 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.). Booking dining reservations and additional estate activities prior to arrival offers better availability.

If I plan to pick up my admission tickets at check-in, how do I get onto the estate and to The Inn?
Please inform the security officer at the entrance gate that you are registered at The Inn. The officer will verify that you are on the arrival list for the day. Once on the estate, follow the signs to The Inn. From the entrance gate, The Inn is approximately three miles away.
