  • Should I purchase my ticket in advance?

    Yes! Not only does purchasing Biltmore House admission online guarantee entry on your preferred date, it also saves you $10 per ticket!

  • Are reservations required for Biltmore House?

    Reservations are required every day for all guests entering Biltmore House. You’ll reserve an entry time when purchasing your ticket.

    Guests who arrive without a Biltmore House reservation cannot be guaranteed Biltmore House entry. 

    NOTE: Please arrive at Biltmore House at your reserved Biltmore House entry time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may be unable to do so.

  • What can I do if you’re sold out on the date I wish to visit Biltmore House?

    Please choose a different date. We encourage you to book your visit at least seven days in advance; this not only enables you to secure your preferred date and time, but also gives you the best ticket price.

  • Can I arrive to the estate earlier than my reservation time on my ticket?

    Yes! The reservation time on your admission ticket is your Biltmore House entry time. We encourage you to arrive on the estate early on the date of your admission to explore the gardens, grounds, shops, restaurants, and more.

    We recommend checking current hours of operation for helpful information on planning a full day or longer at Biltmore.

    NOTE: Please arrive at Biltmore House at your reserved Biltmore House entry time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may be unable to do so.

  • Does Biltmore offer admission discounts?

  • I purchased an admission ticket but am unable to visit as planned. Can I reschedule my reservation or cancel for a refund?

    Although Biltmore tickets are non-refundable, all tickets include visit date flexibility. This means, if you are unable to visit Biltmore as planned, you can rebook your tickets for a future visit.

    With your ticket ID and credit card on hand, call us at least 48 hours PRIOR to your booked visit at 800-411-3812 to:

    • Let us know you can’t make your original reservation.
    • Choose your future visit date/time so we can rebook you.*
      If you’re unsure of your future plans, simply call us again when ready, and we’ll rebook you then.

    Alternatively, you may gift your ticket(s) to friends or family to enjoy on the date of your original reservation!

    *Please note:

    • Ticket options and pricing vary by season.
    • To rebook a Candlelight Christmas Evenings ticket for a future Candlelight Christmas Evenings visit, you must do so PRIOR to your original reservation date; otherwise, your ticket can only be rebooked as a daytime ticket.
    • Unless rebooked PRIOR to original visit date/time, all guided tours, outdoor activities, exhibitions, and special events lose their value.
