How can I use this gift card?
Biltmore gift cards are redeemable online for estate admission.
Note: At this time, our online system is unable to split payments between gift cards and credit cards. If your purchase is more than the value of your gift card, please call 800-411-3812 to complete your purchase.

What is the minimum and maximum amount that I can put on a new gift card?
The minimum amount is $15. The maximum amount is $2,000.

Do Biltmore gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire.
Note: After the first consecutive 12 months of non-use, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining gift card balance for each month the gift card remains inactive, and in which a balance remains on the gift card.

Check your gift card balance online (or by calling the toll-free number on your gift card) at any time.

Can I use my gift card at Belk or other Biltmore-affiliated stores?
Gift cards may only be used for Biltmore purchases made by phone, through Biltmore.com, or onsite at the estate.
