What address do I use for arrival to Biltmore Estate using GPS?
The address for the entrance to Biltmore Estate is 1 Lodge St, Asheville, NC 28803.
If you don’t use this address with your GPS, your GPS could take you to an incorrect entrance.

Do you offer transportation between Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Biltmore?
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.

What if I arrive by Taxi, Uber, Lyft?
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off at Biltmore House or Antler Hill Village.
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide transportation.
Biltmore Express shuttle service is $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and:
• Provides transportation between Biltmore’s Reception and Ticketing Sales Center, Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village, and Amherst at Deerpark®
• May be purchased in advance by calling 800-411-3812 or in-person on day of arrival at any Guest Services locationNote: wheeled luggage is NOT permitted in the Biltmore House & Gardens area. Please review our bag policy.

Is there parking near Biltmore House?
Yes. Please use Lots A and B to enjoy an 8- to 10-minute walk to the house and gardens. To see all estate parking lot locations, view our Estate Map.

Do I need to pay for parking?
No, parking is included in admission.

Do you offer accessible parking?
Yes. Accessible parking spaces are provided in the majority of estate parking lots for guests with mobility disabilities and state-issued parking permits. Accessible shuttle transportation to Biltmore House is only available in lot C.
Lots A and B offer a 5-to 10-minute walk to the front of Biltmore House.
Complimentary shuttle service from Biltmore House to the Conservatory in the Walled Garden is available April through October. There is also accessible parking located next to the Conservatory for the Walled Garden.
Animals (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed on shuttles.

How long does it take to tour the estate?
Plan on spending at least one full day at Biltmore. Two days are recommended because there is so much to see and do on our 8,000-acre estate: the house, gardens, Winery, working farm, and a variety of outdoor activities, shops, and exceptional dining options.
