What if I arrive by Taxi, Uber, Lyft?
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you may request they take you to one of two convenient estate locations:
- Central Parking where you will board an estate shuttle, included with Biltmore admission. Shuttle stops include Biltmore House & Gardens, Antler Hill Village & Winery, and Amherst at Deerpark.
- Antler Hill Village where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, our Winery, Farmyard, playground, and more. When ready to visit Biltmore House & Gardens or Amherst at Deerpark, simply board an estate shuttle from Antler Hill Village.
When your Biltmore visit is complete, you may have your taxi, Uber, or Lyft driver pick you up at either of these two locations. Note: wheeled luggage is NOT permitted in the Biltmore House & Gardens area. Please review our bag policy.
Is there estate parking? Does Biltmore provide estate transportation?
Estate Shuttle transportation and parking are included with Biltmore admission or an overnight stay at one of our estate properties (The Inn, Village Hotel, or Cottage).
After entering the estate, you will be directed to our parking areas based on whether you are a daytime or overnight guest, and how you’d like to experience the estate.
For the most informative and care-free way to experience the estate, choose our convenient estate shuttle. Shuttles stop at Biltmore House & Gardens, Antler Hill Village & Winery, and Amherst at Deerpark (location of Downton Abbey: The Exhibition November 8, 2019 – April 7, 2020), and return to Central Parking.
If you’d like to enjoy a 10- to 15-minute walk to the house and gardens, you may choose to park closer to Biltmore House in one of our Walking Lots.
Antler Hill Village & Winery
To experience Antler Hill Village prior to your Biltmore House visit, follow the signs and park in one of the parking areas within easy walking distance of this area’s hotels, shops, restaurants, Winery, exhibition hall, Farmyard, playground and more. Catch a shuttle from this location when ready to visit Biltmore House & Gardens or Amherst/Deerpark.
Do your lodging accommodations include transportation around the estate?
Yes. Overnight stays at our estate properties (Village Hotel, The Inn, and Cottage) include dedicated onsite transportation. Upon entering the estate, you will be directed to your lodging’s parking area. Once parked, you’ll enjoy the convenience of pickup and dropoff at the front entrance of your hotel. Cottage guests catch their shuttle at The Inn; valet parking at The Inn is available to guests staying at The Inn and Cottage and included with some of our overnight stay packages.
