When I check for availability online, I get the message that nothingās available. What can I do?
- We may be sold out on one or more of the dates youāve requested. Please change dates and try again.
- The options you requested may include a room type or package that is not available. Please change your request and try again.
- You may have too many people on your reservation request. There is a limit of four people per guest room or suite. At least one person on your reservation request must be an adult. For connecting or adjoining rooms, please contact our Reservations DepartmentĀ toll-free at 866-336-1245 (MondayāFriday, 8 a.m.ā8 p.m. ET and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.ā5 p.m.).Ā For bookings of six or more rooms, please contact our Group Sales Department at 800-211-9805.

Do you have smoking rooms or pet-friendly rooms?
Pets are not permitted at any of the lodging accommodations on the estate. ADA-regulated service animals are allowed.
All guest rooms and internal public areas at our lodging facilities are non-smoking. There are exterior areas designated for smokers.

Do you offer additional amenities to make our stay more special?
Yes! We have a variety of ways to enhance your stay, including fresh floral arrangements, Biltmore wines, delicious food and wine baskets, chocolates, and more!
Transportation

Do your lodging accommodations include transportation around the estate?
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation.
Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between differentĀ areas of the estateĀ is not recommended due to travel distances. To enjoy and explore all Biltmore has to offer, we strongly recommend guests arrive in their own vehicle.
Biltmore offers complimentary shuttle service from the following locations:
- Round-trip to Biltmore House from Park & Ride lots (please park in Lots C, D, or E and follow the signs to the enclosed shuttle pickup/drop-off building)
- Round-trip from Biltmore House to the Conservatory in the Walled Garden from April through October
- Round-trip guest shuttle serviceĀ from The Inn on Biltmore EstateĀ® to Biltmore HouseĀ® and Amherst at DeerparkĀ®*
*Available exclusively for overnight guests at The Inn
Biltmore Express shuttle service is $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and:
- Provides transportation between Biltmoreās Reception & Ticketing Sales Center, Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village, and Amherst at DeerparkĀ®
- May be purchased in advance by calling 800-411-3812 or in-person on day of arrival at any Guest Services location
- Not available for Groups
ALL Biltmore Estate shuttles are accessible to wheelchair and stroller users.
Animals (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed on shuttles.
Note: wheeled luggage is NOT permitted in the Biltmore House & Gardens area. Please review ourĀ bag policy.

Do you offer transportation between Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Biltmore?
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.

What if I arrive by Taxi, Uber, or Lyft?
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off at Biltmore House or Antler Hill Village. This is drop-off service only, not transportation between estate locations.
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation. Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between different areas of the estate is not recommended due to travel distances.
Biltmore offers an Express* shuttle service for $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and limited complimentary shuttle service. For more information, view Estate Transportation.

Dining and Shopping

Do your restaurants have a dress code?
For The Dining Room at The Inn, Resort Elegant attire* is requested for dinner: slacks, dress shirt, dress, suit jacket and/or suit. Resort Casual attire is appropriate for breakfast in The Dining Room, as well as for all meals at all other estate restaurants.
For Library Lounge at The Inn, Resort Casual attire* is recommended; Resort Elegant (slacks, dress shirt, dress, suit jacket and/or suit) is also welcome and encouraged, particularly for evening cocktails and entertainment. If denim is your preference, dark denim is appropriate.
*Shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, and faded denims are not appropriate nor permitted.

Will I be able to charge purchases to my room?
Purchases at anyĀ restaurant or shopĀ on the estate may be charged to your room, provided you have established credit upon check-in by presenting your valid, current credit card.
Estate Admission and Activities

If I plan to pick up my admission tickets at check-in, how do I get onto the estate and to my hotel?
Please inform the security officer at the entrance gate that you are registered at Village Hotel. The officer will verify that you are on the arrival list for the day. Once on the estate, follow the signs to Village Hotel in Antler Hill Village. From the entrance gate, Village Hotel is approximately three and one quarter miles away.
