Biltmore admission tickets are non-refundable once purchased, however, we will honor the monetary value of your ticket for a future visit. When you are ready to visit in the future, please bring your confirmation number or ticket(s) to the Reception and Ticketing Sales Center to exchange for a current daytime ticket. Please note, there may be a difference in price. If you would like, you can also give your admission ticket(s) to friends or family to enjoy!
Candlelight Christmas Evenings tickets are non-refundable. However, if you need to change the date and/or time of your visit, you may do so by calling 800-411-3812. We will be happy to change this for you, based on our current availability. Since this is a special event, there will be a $10 change fee assessed for the order, and you will be responsible for paying the difference if the price has increased. If you are unable to attend a Candlelight Christmas Evening, your ticket will be valid for daytime admission through June 30, 2014.
Biltmore does not have a partial ticket option. Biltmore general admission tickets provide guests access to a self-guided visit through Biltmore House, Gardens, Winery and Antler Hill Village. Guests generally allow 6-8 hours to enjoy the estate, and sometimes their visit continues into the following day. View visit tips.
Biltmore does not offer discounts to AAA members, however many AAA offices in the southeast region sell Biltmore tickets. Please contact your local AAA office to find out more.
