Prepare to be dazzled as the splendor of spring unfolds. During this annual celebration, thousands of blossoms create a tapestry of color across the estate. In April, 80,000 blooms in radiant shades of red, blue, purple, and pink grace the beds and borders of our Walled Garden. By May, azaleas, rhododendrons, and mountain laurel fill the landscape with vibrant coral, magenta, and lilac hues while fragrant buds of every color appear in the Rose Garden. Against a breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountain backdrop awash in spring-fresh shades of green, the effect is nothing short of stunning.
