Ticket FAQs

  • Should I purchase my ticket in advance?

Yes! Not only does purchasing Biltmore House admission online save time, it also saves you $10 per ticket!

  • Are reservations required?

Reservations are required every day for all guests and Biltmore Annual Passholders for entry to Biltmore House. Please reserve your house entry time online or over the phone when you purchase your tickets.

Guests who arrive without a Biltmore House Reservation cannot be guaranteed Biltmore House entry.

NOTE: Please arrive at Biltmore House at your reserved Biltmore House entry time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may be unable to do so.

  • I purchased an admission ticket but am unable to visit as planned. Can I reschedule my reservation or cancel for a refund?

Biltmore tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to visit Biltmore as planned, you may:

    • Gift your admission ticket(s) to friends or family to enjoy!
    • Save your ticket* for a future visit. When ready to reschedule your visit, simply call us at 800-411-3812 with your confirmation number.

*Special evening event admission, such as Candlelight Christmas Evenings, will be honored as a Daytime visit when rescheduled.

  • What can I do if you’re sold out on the date I wish to visit Biltmore House?

Please choose a different date. We encourage you to book your visit at least seven days in advance; this not only enables you to secure your preferred date and time, but also gives you the best ticket price.

  • Can I arrive to the estate earlier than my reservation time on my ticket?

Yes! The reservation time on your admission ticket is your Biltmore House entry time. We encourage you to arrive on the estate early on the date of your admission to explore the gardens, grounds, shops, restaurants, and more. Alternatively, if you arrive after 4:30 p.m., you can return the next day to enjoy the rest of the estate.

We recommend checking current hours of operation for helpful information on planning a full day or longer at Biltmore.

NOTE: Please arrive at Biltmore House at your reserved Biltmore House entry time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may be unable to do so.

  • Does Biltmore offer admission discounts?

Yes! View our Special Offers for details on discounted admission for Seniors, U.S. Military members, and more.
