eGift card FAQs

• How can I use this eGift card?

  Biltmore eGift cards are redeemable online for estate admission.

  Note: At this time, our online ticketing system is unable to split payments between eGift cards and credit cards. If your purchase is more than the value of your eGift card, please call 800-411-3812 to complete your purchase.

  Biltmore eGift cards are redeemable in-person for estate admission, dining, and shopping*.
  Biltmore eGift cards are redeemable online at shop.biltmore.com.
  Biltmore eGift cards are redeemable in-person or by calling 800-411-3812 for:

  • Estate admission*
  • Biltmore Annual Passes
  • Tours, tastings, outdoor activities*
  • Overnight accommodations*

  *Subject to availability

• Can I purchase a Biltmore gift card in-person?

  Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase at Biltmore’s Reception and Ticketing Sales Center and at all estate Guest Services locations.

   

• What is the minimum and maximum amount that I can put on a new eGift card?

  The minimum amount is $15. The maximum amount is $2,000.

• Do Biltmore eGift cards expire?

  eGift cards do not expire.

  Note: After the first consecutive 12 months of non-use, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining eGift card balance for each month the eGift card remains inactive, and in which a balance remains on the eGift card.

• How can I check the balance on my card?

  Check your eGift card balance online (or by calling the toll-free number on your gift card) at any time.

• Can I use my eGift card at Belk or other Biltmore-affiliated stores?

  eGift cards may only be used for Biltmore purchases made by phone, through biltmore.com,
  shop.biltmore.com, or onsite at the estate.

• Is Biltmore tracking personal information or shopping habits?
