Known for its vibrant, casual setting and tables that surround an open kitchen, Bistro is the only estate dining venue that invites you to watch our chefs craft your meal right before your eyes.  

This new exclusive dinner series expands upon Bistro’s “open kitchen” premise by providing the opportunity to spend meaningful time with our chefs, as well as the agricultural experts who raise the exceptional estate-grown fare showcased in each week’s dinner series menu.  

As you enjoy the multi-course plated meal they’ve created just for you, our chefs and experts will visit your table, share their insight, answer your questions, and expand your understanding of what makes dining at Biltmore such a unique and special part of the estate experience.   

Reservations:

  • Advance reservations are required, and must be made by phone.  
    Recommended time to call for reservations is Wednesday–Sunday, 3:30–8 p.m. 
    If leaving a message, please provide name, phone number, date & time you wish to reserve, and number of guests in your party; messages will be returned within 24–48 hours. 
  • Guests who wish to be seated at the same table must reserve as one reservation.
