Am I required to wear a face covering?
Yes, Face coverings are required for guests over 2 years of age in all public indoor spaces and outside areas where 6-foot distance cannot be maintained.
Following CDC guidance, face coverings worn at Biltmore must meet these requirements:
- Face coverings must completely cover the nose and mouth, be made of two or more layers of material, and fit snugly on your face.
- Face coverings may not be mesh material or have holes of any kind.
- Face shields are not permitted as a standalone covering; a face covering over the nose and mouth must be worn underneath.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps ensure that we are able to safely remain open and welcome guests to experience all that the estate has to offer during this challenging time
