Yes. ADA-accessible parking spaces are provided in the majority of estate parking lots for guests with mobility disabilities and state-issued parking permits.

Accessible parking for Biltmore House and Gardens visits:

• Accessible parking for Biltmore House is available in Park & Walk Lot B, which is a 5- to 10-minute walk on paved surfaces (or 5-minute shuttle ride) to the front of Biltmore House.
• Accessible parking for the Walled Garden is located next to the Conservatory.
