Question:
I purchased an admission ticket but am unable to visit as planned. Can I reschedule my reservation or cancel for a refund?

Although Biltmore tickets are non-refundable, all tickets include visit date flexibility. This means, if you are unable to visit Biltmore as planned, you can rebook your tickets for a future visit.

With your ticket ID and credit card on hand, call us at least 48 hours PRIOR to your booked visit at 800-411-3812 to:

  • Let us know you can’t make your original reservation.
  • Choose your future visit date/time so we can rebook you.*
If you’re unsure of your future plans, simply call us again when ready, and we’ll rebook you then.

Alternatively, you may gift your ticket(s) to friends or family to enjoy on the date of your original reservation!

*Please note:

  • Ticket options and pricing vary by season.
  • To rebook a Candlelight Christmas Evenings ticket for a future Candlelight Christmas Evenings visit, you must do so PRIOR to your original reservation date; otherwise, your ticket can only be rebooked as a daytime ticket.
  • Unless rebooked PRIOR to original visit date/time, all guided tours, outdoor activities, exhibitions, and special events lose their value.
