What if I arrive by taxi, Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare?
If you plan to arrive by an external transportation rideshare service such as taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will need to be dropped off or picked up in the designated Rideshare Drop-Off/Pick-Up Lane by the Park & Ride Building at 79 Old Shiloh Rd, Asheville, NC 28803. This is drop-off/pick-up service only, not transportation between estate locations.
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation. Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between different areas of the estate is not recommended due to travel distances.
Biltmore Connect shuttle service is available for $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free). Biltmore also offers limited complimentary shuttle service between some estate locations. For more information on shuttle service, view Estate Transportation.

What address do I use for arrival to Biltmore Estate using GPS?
The address for the entrance to Biltmore Estate is 1 Lodge St, Asheville, NC 28803.
If you don’t use this address with your GPS, your GPS could take you to an incorrect entrance.

Do you offer transportation between Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) and Biltmore?
At this time, we do not provide transportation from the airport to the estate. Because Biltmore is best explored by car, we recommend reserving a rental vehicle in advance of your visit from any of the providers at the airport.

Do you offer accessible parking?
Yes. ADA-accessible parking spaces are provided in the majority of estate parking lots for guests with mobility disabilities and state-issued parking permits.
Accessible parking for Biltmore House and Gardens visits:
- Accessible parking for Biltmore House with complimentary accessible shuttle transportation is available in Park & Ride Lot E. Follow the signs to the Park & Ride Building for the shuttle.
- Accessible parking for the Walled Garden is located next to the Conservatory.

Do I need to pay for parking?
No, parking is included in admission.

Do you provide parking for RVs?
Yes. RV parking is available in Lot C. Follow the signs to the complimentary Biltmore House shuttle pickup/drop-off building.
RV drivers and those with special needs should contact the first available parking host for assistance. View Estate Accessibility.

Is there parking near Biltmore House?
Yes. Please use Lots A and B to enjoy an 8- to 10-minute walk to the house and gardens. To see all estate parking lot locations, view our Estate Map.

Do you have EV (electric vehicle) charging stations on the estate?
Yes!
Parking Lot B (Near Biltmore House)
All daytime guests are welcome to use our paid charging station located in Lot B.
Village Hotel Parking Lot and The Inn Parking Lot (Antler Hill Village)
These free charging stations are exclusively available to guests staying at our estate overnight properties (Village Hotel, The Inn, and Cottages on Biltmore Estate).

Do you have ADA shuttles from the parking lots to Biltmore House?
Yes. Park & Ride Lot E offers accessible parking and round-trip ADA shuttle service to Biltmore House departing from the Park & Ride Building.
ALL Biltmore Estate shuttles are accessible to wheelchair and stroller users.

Do your lodging accommodations include transportation around the estate?
Transportation is included with a stay at The Inn, Village Hotel, and Cottages on Biltmore Estate. Round-trip Lodging Shuttle service runs to Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village & Winery, and Amherst at Deerpark® from The Inn and Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate®.
To enjoy and explore all Biltmore has to offer, we recommend guests arrive in their own vehicle. Guests without their own vehicle should consider making reservations in advance for a rental vehicle.

Are shuttle services available on Biltmore Estate?
Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation.
Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between different areas of the estate is not recommended due to travel distances. To enjoy and explore all Biltmore has to offer, we strongly recommend guests arrive in their own vehicle.
Biltmore offers complimentary ADA, Garden, and Lodging Shuttle service from the following locations:
- Round-trip ADA Shuttle service to Biltmore House from the Park & Ride Building (with accessible parking in Lot E)
- Round-trip Garden Shuttle service from Biltmore House to the Conservatory in the Walled Garden from April through December
- Round-trip Lodging Shuttle service* to Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village & Winery, and Amherst at Deerpark® from The Inn and Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate®.
Biltmore Connect shuttle service is available** for $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and:
- Provides transportation between Biltmore’s Reception & Ticketing Sales Center, Biltmore House, Antler Hill Village & Winery, and Amherst at Deerpark®
- May be purchased in advance by calling 800-411-3812 or purchased in-person on day of arrival at any Guest Services location
- Is not available for Groups
ALL Biltmore Estate shuttles are accessible to wheelchair and stroller users.
Animals (with the exception of service animals) are NOT allowed on shuttles.
Note: wheeled luggage is NOT permitted in the Biltmore House & Gardens area. Please review our bag policy.

How long does it take to tour the estate?
Plan on spending at least one full day at Biltmore. Two days are recommended because there is so much to see and do on our 8,000-acre estate: the house, gardens, Winery, working farm, and a variety of outdoor activities, shops, and exceptional dining options.

Where is Amherst at Deerpark® and how far is it from Biltmore House?
Biltmore’s Amherst venue is located in the Deerpark/Lioncrest area, approximately three miles from Biltmore House.
To ensure you arrive prior to your reserved entry time, please allow at least 45 minutes to travel between estate locations and park your vehicle.

Is parking available at Amherst at Deerpark®?
Parking for Amherst is located in the Deerpark/Lioncrest parking lot.
There is a limited number of ADA parking spots in front of Amherst.
