I purchased an admission ticket, but am unable to visit as planned due to illness. Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes. We have temporarily revised our ticket cancellation policies to accommodate guests unable to travel as planned. Please complete our cancellation form to cancel your ticket(s).
You are also welcome to:
1. Gift your admission ticket(s) to friends or family to enjoy!
2. Save your ticket for a future visit. When ready to reschedule your visit, please:
- Call 1-800-411-3812 to reserve your date and time in advance (recommended), OR
- Bring your confirmation number or ticket(s) to the Reception and Ticketing Sales Center to exchange for a current ticket, and we will honor its monetary value. NOTE: there may be a difference in price.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are required every day for all guests and Biltmore Annual Passholders for entry to Biltmore House. Please reserve your house entry time online or over the phone when you purchase your tickets.

Guests who arrive without a Biltmore House Reservation cannot be guaranteed Biltmore House entry.
NOTE: Please arrive at Biltmore House at your reserved Biltmore House entry time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may be unable to do so.

What can I do if you’re sold out on the date I wish to visit Biltmore House?
Please choose a different date. We encourage you to book your visit at least seven days in advance; this not only enables you to secure your preferred date and time, but also gives you the best ticket price.

Should I purchase my ticket in advance?
Yes! Not only does purchasing Biltmore House admission online save time, it also saves you $5 per ticket!
