  • Front Desk staff will  stand behind plexiglass shields.
  • Valet parking is available at The Inn; guests may also self-park. Guests will use their own car to explore the estate during their stay.
  • Health and safety and social distancing signage has been added as friendly reminders throughout the estate and at both hotels.

Enhanced Cleaning

  • Application of established industry-leading disinfection procedures aligned with CDC guidelines, including the use of CDC-compliant cleaning products, increased sanitation frequency, and the disinfection of high-touch guest room items.
  • Additional time will be spent disinfecting such high-touch items as door handles, sink faucets, light switches, thermostats, TV remote controls, and telephones.
  • Items requested delivered to guest rooms will be provided in a way that minimizes contact.

Please reserve your table in advance. Hotel and estate restaurants will be open with take-out options.

Transportation
Shuttle service is currently unavailable. All guests will use their own car to explore the estate during their stay and are welcome to drive by Biltmore House and through the gardens.

Events & Activities
Estate gardens, grounds, trails, Antler Hill Village and The Spa at The Inn are open. Contact the Front Desk and Guest Services staff for information about other estate activities.

    The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing will be increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent-contact, high-touch surfaces including, but not limited to;

    • doorknobs, door handles, door push panels
    • soft and hard furniture
    • elevators and elevator buttons
    • public restrooms
    • stair handrails
    • house phones in the lobby and landing floors
    • courtyard furniture
    • tissue boxes on the casual coffee tables in the lobby and Village Social, small trash can nearby

  • What are you doing to clean your hotel rooms?

    Pets are not permitted at any of the lodging accommodations on the estate. ADA-regulated service animals are allowed.
