Enhanced Cleaning

  • Application of established industry-leading disinfection procedures aligned with CDC guidelines, including the use of CDC-compliant cleaning products, increased sanitation frequency, and the disinfection of high-touch guest room items.
  • Additional time spent disinfecting such high-touch items as door handles, sink faucets, light switches, thermostats, TV remote controls, and telephones.
  • Items requested delivered to guest rooms will be provided in a way that minimizes contact.
  • Daily in-room Housekeeping Service available and provided based upon your comfort level.

Transportation
Estate-wide shuttle service is currently unavailable. All guests will use their own car to explore the estate during their stay and are welcome to drive by Biltmore House and through the gardens.

Events & Activities
Estate gardens, grounds, trails, Antler Hill Village and The Spa at The Inn are open. Contact the Front Desk and Guest Services staff for information about other estate activities.
