  • Front Desk staff will wear face coverings and stand behind plexiglass shields which have been installed at each welcome podium.
  • All guests will self-park and use their own car to explore the estate during their stay.
  • New health and safety and social distancing signage has been added as friendly reminders throughout the estate and at both hotels.

Enhanced Cleaning

  • Daily in-room housekeeping will follow established industry-leading disinfection procedures, allowing 24 hours between check-in for our guests.
  • We have aligned these stringent disinfection procedures with CDC guidelines, including the use of CDC-compliant cleaning products, increased sanitation frequency, and the disinfection of high-touch guest room items.
  • Additional time will be spent disinfecting such high-touch items as door handles, sink faucets, light switches, thermostats, TV remote controls, and telephones.
  • Items requested delivered to guest rooms will be provided in a way that minimizes contact and does not involve staff entering guest rooms.

Transportation
Shuttle service is currently unavailable. All guests will self-park, use their own car to explore the estate during their stay, and are welcome to drive by Biltmore House and through the gardens.

Events & Activities
Estate gardens, grounds, trails, and Antler Hill Village are open and available for exploration. Contact the Front Desk and Guest Services staff for information about other estate activities.

During this time, Biltmore House is open with limited capacity, by reservation. Please contact the Front Desk to purchase tickets.
