Biltmore House reservations are required for ALL guests. Annual Passholders may reserve a Biltmore House visit any time.
To activate your guest ticket:

- Choose your visit date and select a Biltmore House entry time.
- Enter your Activation Code, then check out to complete the process.
- Check your email for a confirmation email.

What do I need to activate the FREE Biltmore House & Grounds Ticket?
You will need an Activation Code, which will be shared with you by a current Biltmore Annual Passholder. Enter this Activation Code when prompted during the activation process. Tickets must be activated and used by December 17, 2026. Restricted dates will apply.

Which Passholders are eligible to receive FREE Biltmore House & Grounds Tickets?
Eligible Passholders are those who became Passholders (or renewed their Annual Pass) by December 31, 2025. The two FREE Biltmore House & Grounds tickets are available exclusively to them as part of Passholder Appreciation 2026.
All Passholders, regardless of when they joined our Passholder family, are invited to take advantage of the special discounts and offers during Passholder Appreciation 2026.

When can I use the FREE Biltmore House & Grounds Ticket?
You can activate and use your ticket any season you wish, as long as you do so by December 17, 2026. During the FREE Biltmore House & Grounds Ticket activation process, you will be prompted to choose your visit date and Biltmore House reservation time.

I’m a Passholder. Can I make the reservation for my guests?
Yes. Simply follow the steps for FREE Biltmore House & Grounds Ticket activation and enter your Activation Code when prompted. Tickets must be activated and used by December 17, 2026.
Remember: You’ll need to reserve your own Biltmore House entry time if you’ll be joining your guests.

What are the details and restrictions for my FREE Biltmore House & Grounds Ticket during Passholder Appreciation?
Tickets are for daytime use only, cannot be used for Luminere or Candlelight Christmas Evenings, and must be activated and used by December 17, 2026.

Can I add Luminere to my ticket?
You are welcome to add Luminere admission to your ticket at any estate Guest Services location on the day of your visit.
