Two free guest tickets

Passholder Appreciation 2026 kicked off with two FREE Biltmore House & Grounds guest tickets for eligible Passholders to share with friends and family. Once activated, these two FREE tickets are valid for a visit through December 17, 2026. Learn more in our FAQs.

Eligible Equestrian Grounds Passholders also received two FREE Grounds tickets to share.

  • How (and when) would I have received my FREE Biltmore House & Grounds ticket activation codes?

    HOW

    Passholders received activation code vouchers via regular mail.

    WHEN

    Passholders who joined our Passholder family (or renewed their Annual Pass) before November 30, 2025, received their activation code vouchers mid-December. Please contact us at 800-413-9787 if you did not receive your codes.

    Passholders who joined our Passholder family December 1–31, 2025 received their activation code vouchers the first week of January. Please contact us at 800-413-9787 if you did not receive your code.

    All Passholders, regardless of when they joined our Passholder family, were invited to take advantage of the special discounts and offers during Passholder Appreciation 2026. However, the two FREE Biltmore House & Grounds tickets were available exclusively to those who became Passholders (or renewed their Annual Passes) by December 31, 2025.

    If you became a Passholder (or renewed your Annual Pass) on January 1, 2026 or later, you will receive all the benefits of 2027 Passholder Appreciation; each Passholder receives only two FREE Biltmore tickets per 12-month period.

  • How do my guests activate my FREE Biltmore House & Grounds tickets so they can be used to visit the estate?

    Tickets must be activated and used by December 17, 2026.

  • I just became a Passholder—where are my Biltmore House & Grounds tickets?

    All Passholders, regardless of when they joined our Passholder family, were invited to take advantage of the special discounts and offers during Passholder Appreciation 2026. However, the two FREE Biltmore House & Grounds tickets were available exclusively to those who became Passholders (or renewed their Annual Passes) by December 31, 2025.
