Monday – Friday 9 a.m.–9 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 8 a.m.–9 p.m.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa provider. For this reason, we require four hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not give us four hours’ advance notice, you will be charged the full amount.
We ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. We regret to inform you that late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services. Please feel free to add gratuity for exceptional service.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or other special needs that require our attention.
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to The Spa. We are unable to replace or pay for items that are left or lost.
