Self-Guided Kayak Trip
Enjoy a private, peaceful 3-mile, self-guided trip down the gentle French Broad River as the estate’s natural beauty unfolds all around you. Perfect for first-time kayakers and those who enjoy a more individualized experience, this activity is available via single or two-person tandem sit-on-top kayak.
Minimum age is three years old; minimum weight is 35 lbs. Minimum age for single kayak is 10 years old. To participate in this activity, guest must have a daytime ticket, a Biltmore Annual Pass, or a stay at one of the estate’s splendid overnight properties.

Participants must be at least 3 years old, weigh at least 35 lbs, and no more than 250 lbs. Maximum of six participants per raft, 12 participants per time slot.
