About the Exhibition Experience

Is this exhibition the same as Chihuly at Biltmore in 2018?
No. This all-new exhibition of Chihuly’s works is hosted inside Biltmore’s event center, Amherst at Deerpark®. Curated for Biltmore, this collection features pedestal works, Drawings, as well as large-scale installations of Chandeliers, Towers, Mille Fiori, and Neon.
In addition to the awe-inspiring installations in Amherst, you have the opportunity to marvel at two large-scale installations presented on estate grounds: Winter White and Glacier Blue Tower on the East Terrace in front of Biltmore House and a freestanding Torchlight Chandelier at the Entry Green in Antler Hill Village.

Where is Amherst at Deerpark® and how far is it from Biltmore House?
Biltmore’s Amherst venue is located in the Deerpark/Lioncrest area, approximately three miles from Biltmore House.
Guests must drive their personal vehicle to Amherst at Deerpark® to experience the exhibition.
Guests who arrive on the estate without their own vehicle may call 800-411-3812 to purchase Biltmore Express shuttle service ticket(s). Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate shuttle service.
To ensure you arrive prior to your reserved entry time, please allow at least 45 minutes to travel between estate locations and park your vehicle.

How much time should I expect to spend in the exhibition at Amherst at Deerpark®?
The amount of time you spend in entirely up to you, as your visit is self-paced. We recommend allowing 1–2 hours to fully experience Chihuly at Biltmore.

Is there seating available inside the exhibition?
Yes. Limited bench seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis inside Amherst.
Sitting or lying on the floor is NOT permitted. -
Can I take photos/videos of Chihuly at Biltmore?
Yes! Non-flash photography and cell phone video of the artwork is permitted for personal, non-commercial use. We invite you to share your memories on social media by tagging #ChihulyatBiltmore.
Here’s what is NOT permitted inside Amherst:
- Outside food, beverages, and alcohol
- Large backpacks or duffle bags
- Weapons of any kind
- Commercial photography, video cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, gimbals, Steadicams, GoPro cameras, or any other photography equipment
For the safety and convenience of all guests, group photos must be taken outside the venue.

Is the exhibition at Amherst at Deerpark® accessible to wheelchair and stroller users?
Yes.
There is a limited number of ADA parking spots in front of Amherst.
Please bring your own wheelchair or stroller to ensure your comfort and access.

Do Biltmore Annual Passholders receive discounted admission to Chihuly at Biltmore?
