• Should I purchase my ticket in advance?

  Yes! Not only does purchasing Biltmore House admission online guarantee entry on your preferred date, it also saves you $10 per ticket!

• Does Biltmore offer admission discounts?

  Yes! View our special offers for details on discounted admission for Seniors, U.S. Military members, and more.

• How long does it take to tour the estate?

  Plan on spending at least one full day at Biltmore. Because there is so much to see and do on our 8,000 acre estate—Biltmore House, its gardens and Conservatory, Antler Hill Village & Winery, our working Farmyard, as well as multiple tours, outdoor activities, shops, and dining options—we recommend taking two full days for a more complete experience.

• Can I arrive to the estate earlier than my reservation time on my ticket?

  Yes! The reservation time on your admission ticket is your Biltmore House entry time. We encourage you to arrive on the estate early on the date of your admission to explore the gardens, grounds, shops, restaurants, and more.

  We recommend checking current hours of operation for helpful information on planning a full day or longer at Biltmore.

  NOTE: Please arrive at Biltmore House at your reserved Biltmore House entry time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may be unable to do so.
  

• What can I do if you’re sold out on the date I wish to visit Biltmore House?

  Please choose a different date. We encourage you to book your visit at least seven days in advance; this not only enables you to secure your preferred date and time, but also gives you the best ticket price.

• Is Biltmore House accessible for guests with limited mobility?

  A visit to Biltmore House includes multiple floors and several flights of stairs. Because of the historic architecture, only the First and Second Floors are accessible; guests with limited mobility may ride the elevator between those two floors. Guests who are unable to go to the Third Floor and Basement may visit our Access Lounge and watch a video of the rooms they are unable to access.

  In accordance with limited access in Biltmore House & Gardens for guests with disabilities, we offer a reduced-price admission ticket at the Reception & Ticketing Sales Center. For more information please contact Guest Services at 800-411-3812.

• Do you offer resources for those with hearing loss, low vision, or blindness?

  Yes. Upon entering Biltmore House, guests who are deaf, have partial hearing loss, low vision, or blindness can request:

  • A Neckloop Telecoil Coupler and a printed transcript of our Biltmore House Audio Guide (transcript currently available in English only). Printed transcripts are also available for all Biltmore films shown on the estate.
  • A tablet that presents our Biltmore House Audio Guide in American Sign Language format.
  • Our Biltmore House Audio Guide in Audio Description format (available in English only).
