Important Luminere information
On Luminere evenings (Thursday–Sunday, now–October 18):
- The historic zone surrounding Biltmore House closes to all guests without Luminere admission at 6:30 p.m., including Diana at Biltmore, Rampe Douce, Esplanade/Front Lawn, Stable Courtyard, South Terrace, Italian/Pergola/Shrub/Walled Gardens, and the Conservatory.
- Without Luminere admission, you will be asked to exit at 6:30. To enjoy these areas after 6:30, please purchase your discounted Luminere admission online or at any Guest Services location.
- Park & Walk Lots A & B and Park & Ride Lots C, D & E are not accessible to daytime guests after 6:30 p.m. and vehicles are not allowed to drive past Biltmore House.
The following areas do NOT require Luminere admission and are yours to explore:
- The area from the Azalea Garden to the Bass Pond
To access these spaces, park at A Gardener’s Place shop behind the Conservatory or the (limited) pullouts along Exit Road. - The Lagoon
A great place to relax and enjoy a late afternoon picnic, there’s plenty of parking nearby. - Antler Hill Village & Winery
Everything in this area is open regular hours on Luminere evenings.
