• Estate access

  Passholders and their kids (ages 16 & under) enjoy year-round access to Biltmore Estate, including:

  • Estate gardens* & grounds
  • Estate biking and hiking trails
  • Opportunity to bring up to 7 guests without estate admission to Antler Hill Village & Winery after 4 p.m. Guests do not have access to Biltmore House & Gardens and must accompany Passholders in the same vehicle.
  • Access to the estate 30 minutes before regular operating hours, except during special morning events; see seasonal hours.

  *Gardens close at dusk. During Luminere evenings all guests (including Passholders) MUST have Luminere tickets to access Biltmore House & Gardens and the Stable Courtyard area (including Stable Café and adjacent gift shops) after 6:30 p.m.

• Ticket discounts for your guests

  Save up to $18 on adult admission for family and friends. Purchase discounted guest admission tickets—which include audio guides—online, at the Reception & Ticketing Sales Center, or by calling the Passholder Priority line at 800-413-9787. Prices subject to change.

• Free admission for kids 16 and under

  Passholders enjoy free daytime admission year-round for kids 16 and under who accompany them on the estate. NOTE: For entry into Biltmore House, reservations are required for Passholders and for their kids 16 and under.

• Luminere ticket discounts

  Passholders enjoy exclusive savings on Luminere, Biltmore’s unforgettable new outdoor evening light and sound experience.

  Not only do you save on Luminere & Grounds admission options for yourself, you also save on both Luminere ticket options for your guests:

  Passholders enjoy exclusive savings on exhibitions presented in Amherst at Deerpark®, Biltmore’s event center.

  • Specialty wine experiences
  • Outdoor activities

Biltmore reserves the right to cancel any tour or activity if certain requirements are not met or due to inclement weather. Guests are required to be at least 21 years old to participate in wine experiences.

• Dining discounts
  • Passholders enjoy a 10% discount* at estate restaurants and quick service venues.
  • Passholders receive invitations to special dining opportunities throughout the year.
  • After 4 p.m. with advance reservations**, Passholders may bring guests with them for dinner at Bistro, Cedric’s® Tavern, Village Social, and The Dining Room*** at The Inn. Reservations are NOT required to dine at Library Lounge at The Inn, where dining is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  *Dining discounts can NOT be extended to purchases by your guests or to groups, and are NOT valid on holidays, alcohol purchases, or in combination with other special discounts.

  • Passholders enjoy a 10% discount at estate shops and online. Exclusions on certain items may apply.
  • Passholders enjoy the following discounts on Biltmore wine purchases* in all estate retail shops and online: 25% on 12 or more bottles, 20% on 3–11 bottles, and 10% on 1–2 bottles.

  *Does not apply to wine purchased by the glass or by the bottle while dining or enjoying wine tastings at estate dining or tasting venues.

  • Passholders enjoy a 10% discount on stays at the estate’s splendid overnight properties: Village Hotel and The Inn on Biltmore Estate*.

  To access Discounted Biltmore Annual Passholder Rates:

  1. Click the “Book Online” button below.
  2. On the new page that opens, click “Special Codes or Rates”
  3. Click “Special Rate Options,” and then check the Biltmore Annual Passholder box and hit “Apply”.
  4. Select your desired Arrival and Departure Dates and the number(s) of guests, and then click “Check Availability”. Book your stay as desired.

  Passholders enjoy a Low Pass Renewal Rate of $140 within 30 days of expiration date.

  If enrolled in Auto-Renewal, Passholders receive a FREE Biltmore Grounds ticket the year they enroll, AND enjoy a $5 savings each year their Pass auto-renews. Auto-Renewal is the easiest, most convenient way to renew your Pass!

  • How to Purchase: To buy tickets/make reservations online, go to chimneyrockpark.com/info-and-tickets and click Make Your Reservation, enter your contact information, and click Continue to go to the Parking page. Select Parking, click Next to go to the Calendar page. Select date and time, then click Confirm to go to Ticket Type selection.   • How to Purchase: Please stop by any ticket window at either Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country to purchase your discounted tickets in person on day of visit. Must show Biltmore Annual Passholder ID at time of purchase to receive discount.
  • Timing: Offer valid any operating day during 2026 season.
  • Restrictions: Limit four (4) One-Day Admission Tickets each visit. Tickets can be upgraded to a Season Pass day of visit only.

  Flat Rock Playhouse
  10% OFF Two or More Adult Admission Tickets* (ages 18+) to any Mainstage Production

  • How to Purchase: Purchase/make reservations via phone by calling Flay Rock Playhouse at 828-693-0731. Purchase in person by visiting the ticket window – must show valid Biltmore Annual Passholder ID at time of purchase. To purchase online, go to www.flatrockplayhouse.org, click CART. On the next page, click Promo Code to open the Promo Code field. Type FRPBILTMORE into this field and click submit. You will then see Biltmore 10% Discount, meaning your discount has been applied. Click Continue Shopping to go to the Calendar page, select Mainstage under Filter by Keyword, select your show, date, section, and tickets, then click ADD TO CART. You’ll check out and pay on the next page.

  Grandfather Mountain State Park
  $2 OFF Regular Adult and $1 OFF Child Admission ages 3-12

  • How to Purchase: To receive discount, Biltmore Annual Passholders MUST purchase tickets in advance online at www.grandfather.com. No discounts are offered when purchasing tickets in-person at the Grandfather Mountain Entrance Gate. After selecting a day and time to visit online, Passholder should select from “Discount Adult” or “Discount Child” options. This gives the $2 off Adult and $1 off Child discount. Children under three are always free and do not require a reservation or ticket. After purchasing tickets online, Passholders will need to show their tickets at the Grandfather Mountain Entrance Gate upon arrival (either via their phone or a printout). They must also show Passholder ID as proof they qualify for the discount.
