To make any changes to your account details (like updating credit card info or billing address), simply LOG IN to your online account manager. You can also enroll in estate pickup for added convenience. Wine Club Pop-up Lounge

Great news, friends! Your exclusive lounge is now open:

  • ALL YEAR ROUND!
  • EVERY DAY from 1–6 p.m.

Please remember:

  • Space is limited—reserve your preferred time by emailing us at wineclub@biltmore.com.

  • You may bring one guest per visit, age 21 or older.

  • Unless visiting on your quarterly pick-up dates, you and your guest must have a daytime ticket, Biltmore Annual Pass, or stay at one of the estate’s overnight properties.

  • Lounge hours are subject to change.

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted.
