Current interstate shipping laws prohibit us from shipping wine to certain states. We currently ship to all states except AK, AR, DE, HI, LA, MS, NJ, RI, UT.
All Wine Clubs ship seasonally in March, June, September, and December. You will receive three special vintages four times a year from the Club Type of your choice: Red, White, Mixed, or Sweet. Depending on the Club Tier you selected, you will receive 12, 24, or 48 bottles each year.
Because state laws require an adult signature for delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address for your deliveries if you do not anticipate being present to receive them. To avoid re-shipment charges, please inform Vanderbilt Wine Club by emailing wineclub@biltmore.com, or calling 1-800-922-0091 at least seven days prior to shipment if you (or another adult) will be unavailable to receive your wine.
We will reach out to you via email and ask how you would like to proceed. You’re welcome to pick up your shipment at the estate, have us ship to a different address, or hold your shipment for a later date.
Wines begin shipping during the first two weeks of the shipment month (March, June, September, December). You’ll receive an email notification when it is ready to ship.
Shipping costs are based on your Club Tier and range from Free Shipping to $15 Flat-Rate Shipping.
You may pick up your wine at the Winery during the designated month (March, June, September, December). You will receive an email notification with pick-up details prior to each seasonal shipment.
If you do not pick up your wine within the specified time frame, we will ship it to you, but shipping charges may apply.
You may change your shipping preference (direct ship or estate pickup) at any time. Simply update your preference by using the online account management tool, emailing wineclub@biltmore.com, or calling 1-800-922-0091.
Each wine club consists of four seasonal shipments per year. Your credit card will be charged at the time of each shipment (four times a year).
Wine costs vary per Club Type and Tier. Shipment costs are based on the wine selections included in the shipment and the Tier discount.
There is no fee for Vanderbilt Wine Club membership; however, there is a minimum of two shipments required.
Your Wine Club membership belongs to you exclusively and cannot be transferred to another party. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to share the benefits of membership with friends and family by bringing them as your guests for your complimentary wine tastings and tours as defined in the club benefits.

Access to the Winery on Biltmore Estate is only available to guests who have purchased estate admission or a Biltmore Annual Pass, or who are enrolled in estate pickup. Please note that access to the estate is granted only during established pick-up dates and times.
You can enjoy your Wine Club discount two ways: purchasing in person at the estate, or over the phone by calling 1-800-922-0091.
By joining you commit to receiving a minimum of two Wine Club shipments. You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving these two shipments by emailing wineclub@biltmore.com, or calling 1-800-922-0091.
