Passholders will receive Activation Code vouchers via regular mail.
WHEN
Passholders who joined our Passholder family (or renewed their Annual Pass) before November 30, 2025, will receive their Activation Code vouchers mid-December. Please contact us at 800-413-9787 if you do not receive your codes by January 10, 2026.
Passholders who joined our Passholder family December 1–31, 2025 will receive their Activation Code vouchers the first week of January. Please contact us at 800-413-9787 if you do not receive your code by January 17, 2026.
All Passholders, regardless of when they joined our Passholder family, are invited to take advantage of the special discounts and offers during Passholder Appreciation 2026. However, the two FREE Biltmore House & Grounds tickets are available exclusively to those who became Passholders (or renewed their Annual Passes) by December 31, 2025.
If you became a Passholder (or renewed your Annual Pass) on January 1, 2026 or later, you will receive all the benefits of 2027 Passholder Appreciation; each Passholder receives only two FREE Biltmore tickets per 12-month period.
Tickets must be activated and used by December 18, 2026.

Yes! You can bring un-ticketed guests to the estate as early as 3 p.m. Simply enter the estate in the same vehicle before 8 p.m.
No. Passholder Appreciation discounts are deeper than your regular Passholder discounts, and therefore cannot by combined with those discounts.
Yes. Passholders must reserve a house entry time before visiting Biltmore House.
If you became a Passholder (or renewed your Annual Pass) on January 1, 2026 or later, you will receive all the benefits of Passholder Appreciation 2027; each Passholder receives only two FREE Biltmore tickets per 12-month period.
